Please join me, Susan Tipton, winemaker of Acquiesce Winery and Susan Manfull, Editor of Provence WineZine on Saturday, February 6th at 1:00 PM (PST), for our second virtual cooking, wine pairing, and wine education class. I will begin with a cooking demonstration of Feuilletés aux Champignons Sauvages (velvety mushrooms sautéed in tarragon and cream, nestled in puff pastry). Sue will be tasting through three of her award-winning Grenache wines, and editor Susan Manfull will provide historical and pertinent information regarding the Grenache varietals and how they are interpreted at Acquiesce, along with posing questions and taking some of yours. I have now tasted and paired all three wines, and you will receive three recipe cards – one to go with each wine. How can you join us? Just click here – the cost is only $99 for the event (which includes the three bottles of wine). Acquiesce Club members save an additional 20%. SHIPPING IS FREE! January 31st is the last day for wine orders to insure the wine arrives in time for the event. (East Coast orders will be shipped free via 3-day FedEx) We will record the event so those who are late to the party can watch and partake at a later date. |

January 23, 2021 at 11:53 pmLook at the layers in that puff pastry! Reminds me that I filmed a puff pastry making competition between my parents a few years ago and have yet to edit and post it! Ugh. Those bottles of wine look gorgeous! The class sounds fun!
